A beautiful render and a livable home are not the same thing.
Most interior projects in Chennai are sold off a render — and then handed to a separate execution team to build. Somewhere between the two, the actual materials, the site conditions and the budget quietly change the outcome.
Raaghav trained and worked as a civil engineer first, which means every interior he designs is checked against what the site can actually take — the load points, the plumbing runs, the electrical layout — before a single laminate sample is chosen.
