Most home projects in Chennai still run on a split model — an architect draws it, an interior team renders it, and a separate contractor is left to make it real on site. When something doesn't fit, or a finish looks nothing like the drawing, everyone has someone else to point at.
Raaghav spent over a decade as a civil engineer on residential and commercial sites across Chennai, watching well-planned homes get quietly compromised — a beam moved without telling the designer, a finish substituted without telling the client. The design and the site were rarely talking to each other.
